ABOUT YOUR HOST

I am Walter Masaracchio, a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer, breathwork facilitator, and retreat leader. I have taught students in Italy and Greece and Japan and Iceland and Croatia, and various other locations where I teach strength development and stability training, and mindful practice. My approach combines functional movement, considered sequencing, and breathwork that helps people feel more connected to their bodies and more grounded in their daily lives. You can find more about me on our story page.

Because I grew up in Italy, I have a natural relationship with the Sicilian landscape, its food traditions, its history, and the slower rhythm that shapes life here. When I design a retreat in Sicily, I include the places and experiences that truly reflect the character of the island. My goal is to create a setting where guests feel supported, calm, and welcomed, with enough structure to feel guided and enough space to rest.

People require retreat experiences to find their inner self, while they can find clarity and peace of mind when they return to their home environment. This program reflects that intention in the way each day is organized and in the atmosphere I work to create for the group.

Accommodations
